Welcome to the world of paintings, poems, and writings. In my art, I strive to reach a state where I let go of control and the need to know, and throw myself into the process without resistance. Creative expression is a way for me to strengthen my connection with myself, release inner tensions, and understand and interpret the world and my experiences.

 

As a counterbalance to free expression, I mentor people in the creative field, hold liberating and integrating painting workshops, do intuitive energy healing, and write and do independent research. In my research, I'm especially interested in people's stories and finding their own path.
